With daily changing menus and offerings inclusive of both regionally sourced cultural dishes and familiar favorites, onboard culinary exploration is a grand part of the Lindblad Expeditions adventure. Guests with dietary preferences and requirements will thoroughly enjoy choices that are gluten free, vegetarian and dairy free, just advise them prior to embarkation and they will be available.
Dine in lovely surroundings, choosing from carefully curated menus served by friendly and courteous crew. Onboard there are no extra-fee specialty restaurants. Room service is only available under certain circumstances. All menus are subject to change based on ship, season, itinerary and availability.

Breakfast has both hot and cold items along with an egg station among other treats.
For lunch, stations may include pasta, salad, soups in addition to menu items. Perhaps you'll order the scallops with macaroni & cheese, fish & chips or lasagna.
When dinner is served, there will be selections of soup, salads, pasta, and depending on itinerary delicacies such as king crab leg, braised short rib, rack of lamb, tuna tacos in addition to ribeye steak or organic chicken. Remember to save room for dessert.
Some sailings also offer a hosted dinner in the Chart Room. Here you will enjoy a scrumptious meal hosted by an officer of the ship or an expedition team member.
